At Lamatech, we strive to provide the best services and products to our customers. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for Pro Users and Product Buyers on our platform.
2. Refund Policy for Pro Users
2.1 Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
Pro Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.
Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is requested within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
If the user has used premium features during this period, a partial refund may be issued based on feature usage.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 7 days of purchase or renewal.
2.2 Downgrades
If a Pro User chooses to downgrade their plan, the new plan will be effective from the next billing cycle.
No refunds or credits will be issued for the unused portion of the current plan.
3. Refund Policy for Product Buyers
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.
Buyers must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a refund, buyers must provide proof of the issue (photos/videos) and return the product in its original condition.
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
Digital products, downloadable content, and software purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Perishable items and personalized/customized products are not eligible for refunds.
3.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
